Submitted details

The visitor is responsible for the accuracy of the birth information supplied. When sharing another adult’s details, the visitor should have appropriate authority and consent to provide them.

Package scope

The consultation is limited to the stated scope of the selected package. Additional questions or a broader chart discussion may require a different package.

Payment confirmation

Payment should be made only after the package, fee, and recipient identity have been confirmed through an official contact channel.

Communication

A consultation may take place through WhatsApp or a scheduled call. Working hours and the expected response window are stated on the Contact page or in the direct conversation.
