How it works

The process should feel straightforward before the consultation begins.

From the first message to a confirmed consultation, the steps stay simple.

01

Choose Your Requirement

Review the consultation options available on the website, or identify the main issue for which you want guidance.

02

Contact on WhatsApp

Click the WhatsApp button and send your message. Please include your date of birth, birth time, birth place, and your main question.

03

Confirmation of Time and Dakshina

After your details are received, the consultation time and Dakshina (fee) will be confirmed.

04

Consultation Session

At the agreed time, your kundali will be analysed in detail through WhatsApp, and practical guidance will be provided for your questions.

Useful to know

Four points that keep the scope clear.

01

Birth time

Exact is useful; honest uncertainty is better than false precision.

Share the time written in the birth record or remembered by the family, and say how reliable it is. If the time is approximate, the consultation should focus on what can be interpreted responsibly. Birth-time rectification is not included unless explicitly offered as a separate service.

02

Language

The conversation will be in Hindi.

Speak as you naturally would. An emotional or family concern should not have to be translated into formal English before it can be understood.

03

Privacy

Birth details and personal questions stay within the consultation.

Only information needed for the selected package should be collected. Birth data, messages, family information, and personal questions must not be placed in public examples, advertising audiences, or analytics.

04

Scope of the consultation

Use the consultation for perspective, not as a substitute for a qualified professional.

Questions involving medical treatment, legal rights, investments, or mental-health care require the relevant qualified professional alongside or instead of an astrology consultation.

Indian context

Share birth details in the form you already have them.

Date and time

Use DD/MM/YYYY, add AM or PM, and say whether the time is from an exact record, family-confirmed, approximate, or unknown.

Birthplace

Village, town, district, and state are sufficient. If a small village is not found in search, write it manually.

Family enquiry

You may enquire for yourself, a family member, or a Kundali Matching consultation for two people.

WhatsApp

Typed messages and voice notes are both fine. Keep the first message short and share birth details after the conversation begins.
