This page explains how information shared during an enquiry and consultation is used.
What may be collected
Depending on the selected package, the practice may collect a name, contact details, date of birth, birth time, birth place, personal question, relevant details for another person, payment confirmation, and consultation messages.
Why it is used
To respond to the enquiry, identify the relevant package, prepare the consultation, communicate about the confirmed consultation, and maintain essential payment and service records.
Your information remains under your control
You may ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction, or ask for information that is no longer needed to be deleted. Send the request to astro@jyotisharogyam.com or through the official WhatsApp number shown on the Contact page. Identity may be confirmed before changing or deleting records. If a limited record must be retained for a legal or payment-related reason, the reason should be explained clearly.
Analytics are limited to website behaviour
The website may record non-sensitive information such as the page visited, language selected, general device type, referral source, and whether a contact button was clicked. It must never send names, phone numbers, birth details, personal questions, WhatsApp messages, consultation content, or payment details to analytics or advertising platforms.
Technical controls
- Personal data is not placed in URLs.
- Birth data is not sent in analytics events.
- Session replay and form-field capture should remain disabled on contact handoffs.
- Consultation data is not reused for advertising.
- Access to consultation information should remain restricted.
